Enriched with high quality ingredients that we try to select on national territory: fresh free-range eggs, first-class butter and dark chocolate, hazelnuts of Piemonte, dry figs from Calabria or Sardinia, season fruits, water and air of the Apuan Alps…
The “Dolci del Martinetto” are made fresh every day filling our bakery Pontestazzemese, in the green heart of Versilia, with lovely fragrances. We package them ourselves in the classic transparent bags and we deliver them to the nearby shops and grocers selected during time in all parts of Tuscany. Because we love to relate about our work, explain our philosophy and talk about our projects and future hopes. It is for this reason that our cakes and cookies cannot be found in large-scale distribution. Because they have to be purchased at places where they are well known. From persons who share our passion and love for artisanship. From persons who have tasted them and can give you advise with your choices.
