A typical dessert of Pietrasanta and Versilia. It is made with just three ingredients: sugar, grounded almonds and egg white, with a hint of grated lemon. A distinguished fragrance, a memorable flavour. Rough and crispy on the outside, sweet and soft on the inside. Our only product that does not have a transparent bag, closed in one sheet of wrapping paper closed with a ribbon. Just like when it was sold during the town festivals.
